Well Child Exam

Dental varnish / flouride treatment, anemia check, parasite prophylaxis, Vitamin A for 6 mo., Vitamins for 1 mo., Toothbrush, Physical exam, eye exam, Nutritional status evaluation.

$6 = price for one child to have a comprehensive well visit
$20 = 3 comprehensive well visits
$50 = 8 comprehensive well visits
$100 = 16 comprehensive well visits
